The guarantee

If you are not satisfied with JellyFil for any reason, you may request a refund of your purchase price within 60 days of the order date. The guarantee applies whether the bottles are used or unused, because the intent is to let you try the product without financial risk.

How to request a refund

Once your returned bottles are received and processed, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges, where they applied, may be non-refundable.
